I have this universal remote

Upon closer inspection of their manual I noticed this in the warranty:
"This warranty does not cover damages or
failures caused by products or services not supplied by OFA, or which result from
accident,misuses, abuse, neglect, mishandling, misapplication, faulty installation,
set-up adjustment, improper maintenance, alteration,maladjustment of consumer
controls,modifications, commercial use, or that is attributable to acts of
God."
What I'm really upset about is the void by an "act of god" part. Couldn't any malfunction be considered an act of god ? What an amazing cop out on a warranty. Has anyone else noticed a term like this for voiding a warranty ?

I think they mean if a tornado destroys your house and the roof falls on your remote, they don't have to give you a new one.

Think about if they did do warranties if god broke it. God could just keep breaking it and single handedly ruin their ENTIRE COMPANY.
