10NL: Turn shove with TPGK and a FD

Looking for feedback on whether my flop play is OK, and what is recommended for the turn. Don't have a great read on the villain but his stats are pretty TAGish. This is my first post here for advice.

Poker Stars - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $0.05/$0.10 Blinds - 6 Players - (LegoPoker Hand History Converter)

SB: $24.10
BB: $11.70
Hero (UTG): $9.80
MP: $16.10
CO: $5.25
BTN: $9.65

Preflop: Hero is dealt Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (6 Players)
<font color="red">Hero raises to $0.40</font>, 3 folds, SB calls $0.35, BB folds
Uncalled bet of $0.00 returned to Hero

Flop: ($0.90) A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 3[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 5[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 Players)
SB checks, <font color="red">Hero bets $0.80</font>, <font color="red">SB raises to $2.40</font>, Hero calls $1.60
Uncalled bet of $0.00 returned to Hero

Turn: ($5.70) 4[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 Players)
<font color="red">SB bets all-in for $21.30</font>, Hero ???

Damn, this is tough. I wish one of those hearts on the board was an ace, but I probably call anyway. You are getting nearly 2:1 with TP2K and a flush draw.

One problem is, though, if Villan has an ace, the combos say it's 50 percent likely it's a heart, and it's more likely than that really. And if he doesn't have an ace, you most likely are in desperate need of a non-board-pairing heart on the river.

Looks like villain has two pair or set and afraid that you will suck out. I call tho because I never fold TP at 10NL.

Is this a winning strategy, even at 10NL?

Unless you've seen villain do this before, I can't imagine we're ahead here. Even at 10NL.
