Re: 10NL Turn C/R\'s

Hand 1: I am getting it AI on the turn. The A doesn't complete any draws and without any reads it's hard to say definitively that villain has a set. I think A5 or A4 are reasonable. But who knows.

Hand 2: I think there is an argument for exercising some pot control on the turn and checking behind. You don't have a huge hand but it does have showdown value.

First hand - I would probably shove you have top two pair only thing that can beat u is trips, which would likely have reraised flop cause of dimond draw.
Probably holding like ak or ace small.

Second hand - This is a bit tougher, the limp/call makes it seem like he might have a small pocket pair. That or he was trapping, as most hands won't call a 50cents reraise. With no read, its a real toss up here, but i find at these limits its usually worth the call.

Hand 1 - easy push

Hand 2 - Meh I'd call. He could have AJ or some kind of draw... if he has 2P you can always draw out on him and if he has a set/straight so be it.

hand 1 - push, he wont fold an ace now

hand 2 - i call. hard to fold big overpairs at these stakes.

hand one- i would reccommend betting more on both flop and turn. other than that, get it in and be happy.

hand two-this is a marginal call, i think. he has a monster a very large % of the time, but it's not much more for you to call. i'd prob check turn also, and vbet river if he checks to you.

Hand 1: Dammit, I sure have mixed emotions about facing that ambush turn checkraise, but I probably get it over with and push and hope I'm up against a worse two pair or Ad6d or something.

Hand 2: Grr. You sure do look beat here, but I don't think I could fold my overpair, getting over 2:1.
