PCH Camping Road Trip
 

Hello all,

Me and some buds are in the preliminary stages of planning a road trip up PCH from Orange County. We wish to camp somewhere along the way, and we are focusing on Kirk Creek or maybe Point Lobos, but I'll listen to other suggestions.

I was hoping you might share some tips, experiences, or things to look for if you've ever rode up PCH to Big Sur from OC.

Am I able to take PCH just straight up to Pfieffer Burns and other camp sites, or are there other routes involved?
