I´m, getting very confused on the river on either a shove or a check then prob. fold. If I do check this river he´s almost never bluffing, right?
Other comments are very welcome!

Villian is unknown, and I think it´s his first hand on table.

Put him all-in. He's very likely a fish given stack sizes and he'll pay you off with a lot of 1 pair hands.

bet more on flop, like 18 at least. Also bet on river.

check on river to induce bluff from the busted flush draw.
