25NL A9s...I play bad.

Villian is loose passive and hasn't really done anything out of line except see a lot of flops. Comments on all streets appreciated.

Should I lead the river? For how much? Fold to a raise?

I would have raised the flop or bet the turn. River looks good for a check/call.

raise flop for value. Bet turn to protect your hand and because I don't think he's always strong on the flop.

3bet the flop....you got a big hand and it's equity goes down drastically on a missed turn.

Great turn card, bet. There are many hands that will be scared of this card so you can't count on him betting just because of raise. If you held a different hand and an undercard gave you two pair going for c/r is better than in this instance. I can also see re-raising flop but with so many outs against passive player I think calling is a little better.

River is a crying call given his bet size. Not sure how I react to this card if I lead turn and he just calls. Probably check.

yup - biggest mistake was flop - 3-bet it

as played, i think check on turn (hoping to c/r) and c/c river is fine here.

Thanks for the feedback guys. Looking back I felt that I should have definately led the turn. He was playing very passivly postflop and I was afraid he'd beat me into the pot with a made straight if I 3-bet the flop.

I don't mind the call on the flop, but I'm definitely betting the turn. He can easily have JT/QJ/KJ type of hand. I like river c/c

You have a huge amount of equity on the flop and you can't waste it by just calling his small raise. Not 3betting is bad. And you need to bet the turn.
