Iron Man (starring Robert Downey, Jr.) movie trailer.
 

Trailer for Iron Mancoming out next year. Curiously, I'd been wondering just the other day if there would be an Iron Man movie and what other comic book heroes were left to make movies of. Anyway, it stars Robert Downey, Jr. which should mean that his substance abuse problems are behind him if he's being trusted with a franchise movie. Trailer looks good to me, maybe better than most.

So, what other characters are left? Thor? The Flash? Green Lantern?

Looks good except for that stupid song which is good on it's own but so cliche in an Iron Man trailer.

saw this a while back, looks solid. Although using Ironman as the song in the trailer is a little lame. I also heard the flying part with the fighter jets isnt actually in the movie, if this is true they screwed up big time. Next summer should be good, this, Dark Knight and Superman 2(?)

They already did a television showed about Flash. It revolved more aroubd Barry Allen (alter ego) than the Flash.

I do not think a Norse god would make for good cinema.

Green Lantern and Green Arrow would seem cool.

They made a couple cartoon movies the Ultimate Avengers, but other than that, all the avengers are open, aren't they? If they didn't want to do the whole team, Captain America seems like lower-hanging fruit than Thor.

Doctor Strange? Nick Fury? Punisher (that doesn't suck)?

I think Ryan Reynolds is lined up to play Flash in a new movie. Not sure how true that is.

Thor is in the pipeline. I think that could be good.

What about Sub-Mariner, Luke Cage, and AntMan?
