Where does the fat go?
 

Sorry if this is a really newb q but ive never heard the scientific aspect before. If anyone has a link I can just read that.

I was just wondering, when you lose a gut or other area that is filled with fat, where does the fat go? Does it break down and exit thru ur [censored]? Do you sweat it out? It has to go somewhere

Not unless you use something like DNP, where it melts out of your body and stains things yellow.

Eh... It kinda just revs your cells "engine" and it just spins its wheels. I'm sure taking a lot of E would help as well in a similar way.
