$30 Stars for extremely easy graphic design task
 

I have a small design for a sign that I need to have printed, the final sign will be 3x3 meters. I created it using fireworks and all I need now is for someone to get it ready to be printed at 3x3 meters, change settings, DPI or whatever necessary, and save it as a photoshop file to send off to printer.

The last thing I need is a very simple smiling face design in the middle of the circle at the top of the sign. Can even be like 2 dots and a curve for a smile, but not horrible looking.

For someone experienced in graphic design this shouldn't take long. If anybody can do this for me I'll ship $30 in Stars or AP. I don't have photoshop and don't really know what I'm doing. PM me, thanks!
