poker grapher

I use poker tracker and poker grapher and up until now it's been working smoothly. After today's session though, poker grapher didn't include the hands played today.

I'm using auto-import while playing and the hands were successfully imported to PT, so why can't poker grapher find them?

Thanks

Are you running Vista? Has your PT set up changed recently?

Re-start Poker Grapher and filter for today's hands. Can you see them? If PT imported them, then Poker Grapher should see them.

yep I run vista. As far as I can see nothing is different with PT. I can see all the hands in PT but poker grapher can't find them. I've played some more hands and they too apparently are invisible to PG.

I don't get it

Make sure you run the poker site, PT, AND PokerGrapher using the "Run as Admin" option. Poker Grapher should see everything that's in your PT DBs.

I'm bad with computers, where/how do I find that option?

Setting PG to Always Run As Administrator:

1. Right-click on the Poker Grapher Shortcut and select the Properties command.
2. When you see the Properties dialog box, click the Advanced button.
3. When you see the Advanced Properties dialog box, select the Run As Administrator check box.
4. Then, click OK twice, once to close each dialog box.
5. Then you should be able to Run As Administrator.

Here's another option.

Find the PokerGrapher.EXE file in the C:\Program Files\PokerGrapher folder and right-click on it,
then you can select "Run As Administrator" and it will work fine.

If you right-click on the PokerGrapher.EXE file and create a desktop shortcut icon you can then
right-click on that icon, select Properties then click the Advanced button, you can then tell it
to Run As Administrator. Save all the changes.

Now when you run PokerGrapher by double-clicking on the desktop icon it should prompt you to
cancel/allow that program to run. This is how you will know it's running as an Administrator.
