I fold. I really doubt he is shoving anything you beat here. IMO In these types of spots it helps to have an idea how solid is your opponent. The more you respect your opponents game the more id be inclined to folding in these types of spots.

I think I call this. you might see 77,88,99, TT, and then 2 overs + FD

I would not expect to see QQ+ though I think he would be betting a littler more for value
