Re: 4567 - 2pair+fd on the flop

you're not improving your equity with bottom two here if he has a set of aces, you're basically just playing for a bad straight draw, this is probably just a flop fold, even though intuitively it seems like you hit big. that said, i would play this more aggro if it were Q75 because you have the possibility of folding out some better hands (prb not at these limits) and improving your equity if you end up vs. a KKxx or AAxx hand.

you have bottom two pair on flop with only 8 straight outs. Fold.

Re: 4567 - 2pair+fd on the flop

Whether or not I make the flop checkraise really depends on how frequently villain is raising PF and on my read. The deeper the stacks get the more I lean towards folding. Once the stacks are deeper than 200bbs I may peel and try and hit my straight if I think my opponents a fish who will bet AA or top two again on the turn, otherwise I hate calling on this flop when I think my OESD is my only chance to wint the pot.

yeah i probaly fold this without reads and these stacks. that is a pretty healthy contiuation bet.
