Xbox 360 Messenger Kit
 

The Xbox 360 Messenger Kit is a nice addition to the 360. I could not find any topics on this, but I love it.

I was worried it would be too bulky to use, but it's actually quite nice. It's lightweight design makes it comfortable to use. the qwerty keyboard is nice to use as well, much faster than "typing" with the d-pad.

I love it because I can sign in to Windows Live Messenger and message people while I play. Quite often I glance at my monitor, see an MSN message waiting and think "Meh, I'll get to that later." Now I can get to it right away without getting up from my comfy couch lol I understand you can do this without the chatpad, but it makes it so much easier to type.

I picked it up because I anticipate using it a lot for xbl games: halo 3, madden, nhl2k8, cod 4, etc. anyway, anyone else have any thoughts on this product?

I have no use for it as i dont use MSN while im playing. If i want to talk to someone i chat with them via voice. No need for me to be typing away a message while trying to shoot people in Halo.

I would pay good money to get all my friends to move to a messenger service that didn't suck. God, I hate MSN.
