No clue what he has here, guess he slowplayed or something? I only fired the 2nd barrel because he tends to float a lot and I could've improved to the best hand. Any way I should C/C river instead? I'm thinking no bc I miss value from a lot of hands I beat.

as played i would fold here, he could have numerous Kx 2pair hands and of course j10.

edit: i think a value bet is best line here, youre right that you want value out of hands you beat.
if he is a tricky player (is he capable of calling to river to bluff you out?) i might call here. but i the only thing you beat is a bluff.

Your two pair isnt that good, i would usually c/c against most agg opp and bet/fold against non agg

Bet bigger on river, that bet seems pretty small. Also sucks when he bluff raises since u bet 1/2 pot (as you seem to be bet folding).

I'd usually check the turn, but w/e barely matters.

On the river i'd bet like $55, and fold to a raise/shove with no history.

But, since you got yourself into this mess, put him on a bricked draw or something like 87 that whiffed but is now value-bluffing and call.

Value-bluffing means you sometimes get villain to fold a better hand, sometimes get villain to call with worse. I presume he means 76 instead of 87. There is absolutely no value in a raise with 87 here.

Check/call turn. Make it 46 on the river and fold to a shove.
