my wager here is that you are up against KK or AA (min raise preflop, anyone?) I don't really think our FE here is that great b/c of the min raise and then the flop bet. This also means that if we just call, he most likely leads out a blank turn. i think the min raise, and me being weak tight makes me fold here.

OR

It could be the BB defending a weak A or KQ?
The minraise before the flop dosnt scare me at all due to the positional situation.

against QQ+ I'm 40:60 so it could be a + EV shove.

32% chance to hit our straight (although there is a reasonable chance he is holding at least 1 Q).

20% chance of hitting a J or T.

You're basically a coin flip vs an over pair.

I would mix it up. Probably about 50% calls, 50% raises to $9.

I'm definitely not folding on the flop though.

I wouldn't shove it yet, just raise 'em up on flop, make it 9-10$ish.

against a 15$ stack i get it in on the flop

BB only has 10$ left, and so its pushing 13 into a 30$ pot. 43% of the pot, against KK/AA you're 44%. the number of times he's reraised Ak and is cbetting any flop make this a good push for me

Look at stack sizes. Making it 13 would put villian all-in.

Shove here is good and the only way to play it IMO.
