Poker Stars Support Chat
 

I just tried to make a deposit (to get the bonus) on pokerstars with two of my credit cards that have worked in the past. Both were declined. Shortly after that I pop-up window overlayed of my pokerstars client and 'HostJoseCar' started chatting with me in regards to my credit crad being declined. Is this normal? Is this something I should worry about?

No need to worry, it happened to me also. They are just trying to help you deposit. Either retry and chat with them or use a different deposit method.

I just tried my business mastercard and it was declined. I then tried my business debit card and it worked. Wonder how I'm gonna put that one on the books..
