Getting my flopped 2 pair Raised on the turn, NL100 FR

this is a situation I have been running into often. Basically I flop 2 pair from the BB in a unraised pot, I lead w/ a PSB, adn on the turn when i bet again, I get Raised. It happened to me twice tonight and both times I called down planning to call a 1/2-2/3 pot sized bet on the river. Both times I was ahead. What is the best play here on the turn and river?
in hand 1 villain is a 24/1
in hand 2 villain is a 18/10

Hand 1 I would fold turn. Hand 2, bigger flop bet please. I don't think I fold to that minraise b/c you have underrepped.

Why, why, why do you fold these two hands. I understand folding hand 2 because you don't have top pair, but hand one seems very standard to me.

Are we fearing sets? In the second hand I'd fear a better two pair and might fold...but two pair is a great hand with these boards it seems...

Hand 1: I think this is fine. This villian could easily have worse hands.
Hand2: I fold the turn. Much more likely to be smoked here and usually you will be put to a difficult decision on the river.
