strange IM reguarding sportsbetting on this site
 

Sorry if wrong forum but I have had a couple odd things occur to me lately.

First, was I recieved a pm on this site from a member named "Mcboom". He has 0 total posts and just registered the day I recieved the pm. His message ask me where "we" are making these sports bets and ask to reply to him with sportsbook names and web addresses.
His im also had a link at the bottom, and he made a comment above it about recieving a 25% sign-up bonus. Of course I did not click the link.

That alone would not be strange enough to make a random post.

Then today on Absolute Poker I recieve a transfer for $307 from someone named "NICKMASTER". I have no idea who this is or why I would recieve a transfer.

It could be possible that I recieve rakeback at AP but have never recieved it before.

I rarely post anything on here so why would someone pm me out of everyone to ask about sportsbetting?

Has anyone had anything similar to this happen, or also recieve a pm from the same person. Also does anyone recieve rakeback from AP that comes from this player "NICKMASTER".

I've had the same PM likely from the same guy. Just disreguard it he's an affiliate trying to get people to sign up for various sites when you use his links. He'll be reported and banned no doubt. Don't play on AP so can't comment there.
