I'll 2nd the Rutgers championship.
Jaguars still in Jacksonville.

The Cubs maybe winning a World Series - Chicago would explode into a party for months.

How MLB batting marks such as 500 HR come to be devalued due to frequency of such milestones being reached. You could start to see people get there at the rate of 1 a year soon, which would make for good debate as to what 500 HR/3000 hits/50 HR in a season mean anymore.

Roger Federer's final number of major tennis titles.

In line with the above, whether or not any pitcher will reach 300 wins again.

Cubs winning a WS is valid and something I'd find interesting to see.

Seeing how the Cubs blow it over the next 20 years.

Seeing if ARod can pass Bonds. Seeing if Pujols can pass ARod (less likely).
