Alternate poker room advice

Looking to take some of the bonus bucks from some of the sites outside of stars. What rooms might you recommend? I am a nl tourney player usually hovering in the $10-20 MTT's.

bonus whoring isnt really worthwhile for a low to mid limit mtt player.. itll take fooooorever to clear

ftp is the only site with tourney traffic comparable to stars
