huge disaster: FTP not accepting my money :(
 

So, I am attempting to deposit money on FTP, and alas, yet another stupid problem with their software.

I click cashier, click deposit money, get to the deposit options screen and what do I see but a blank screen? Just think of how many fish aren't going to deposit money with this problem.

I have tried so hard to like Full Tilt (fine, use RB), and now, on a last attempt, I am having this problem. Send an e-mail, do they write back about this very important problem? Well, no. Do I appear to have the patience for this?

Alert the media! A fish cannot deposit to one online poker site due to what is most likely a temporary issue or a problem entirely on his end.

Sorry to be irritating, but wasn't there some FTPDoug that posted here before? I haven't been in this forum for a while.

I don't get these people. If I don't get some sort of response soon, I am going to say to hell with FTP and never play there again. How can they not care about this stuff?

The deposit screen shows up fine for me. Try rebooting. Try re-installing FTP software.

It could be a browser problem also (many poker sites use integrated IE browsers in their software, so if your IE is somehow broken, it may be causing this). So re-installing IE wouldn't hurt if none of the above works.

Thanks for the thoughts. Tried rebooting and updating. Running Rhapsody so it can't be IE.

Meh, maybe FTP doesn't really need my patronage anyways. I give til tomorrow to hear back, otherwise #### them.

At least one specialized site that I have to do business with will not work with anything except IE. Have you tried using IE?

I just completely uninstalled ftp, restarted, downloaded their install file again and installed...all works good now!

I have the same problem with the deposit screen. The only way I can deposit is to disable Norton, once you click the log in button you have to hit the cashier button then the deposit button within 2 seconds max. Login/cashier/deposit in under 2 seconds works for me 95% of the time, good luck.
