UTG raises to t400, UTG+1 folds, Hero?

The villain has been doing some limping and openminraised 2 times recently, but it never went to a showdown. Push or fold?

He's UTG so I'd usually fold this but it seems close. I'd dump it in w/ 88.

We have 1290, a player who sucks is raising - based on limping and open minraising - does he even know what 'UTG' means? I think not.

There is 700 in the pot and I say shove the 77 here. Its definitely the very bottom of my r ange though

a push can't be bad here

Only 6 1/2x bb this looks really like a push with 77 here.

?
i still like a push

and i can't see the difference between 88 and 77 in this hand.
if he calls, we flip.
there's only a difference if he holds 77/88, which will occur very rarely.
