I think this is a clear situation where a mod should be able to overrule another mod and mod out of forum.

But I won't do it for obvious reasons.

IMHO thats not moderating out of forum since it affects every forum he posts in and therefore all of us collectivly. Worse case scenario someone slaps your wrists, says don't so it again.

Even though I am advocating taking the lead in situations like this I personally would not because I'd rather leave that to one of the guys in the other topic forums who have more experience in how to deal with these matters.
