Lol, they logged on to X-Box Live while playing illegal copies of Halo 3. They were leveled with a boom of a banhammer until 9999, that's a ban of 7992 years.

Since they are idiots, and now can't use their gamertags, I would love if MS used their information to track them down and sue them for copyright infringement and whatnot.

Really make an example out of them.

Usually when people are banned from Live, it's the Xbox that's banned. Not the user profile. MS has probably banned both the Xboxes and their profiles.

Can't help but doubt the veracity of this. Prerelease versions of games like this are almost definitely serialized - meaning anybody who had legitimate access is not going to be stupid enough to even consider giving access to somebody else as losing their job would just be the first step before the lawsuits.

Cheap and easy way for a site to get a [censored] ton of ad revenue without 'spam'. Have seen this linked on 3 major forums so far.
