100nl feeling lost with TT overpair

been at the table for about an hour, no reads except that i haven't seen villain get out of line.

immediately after the hand i realized i probably should've raised the flop a bit more...other than that, comments?

raise flop to ~20.

if anything the 5 helped your hand. Bet turn for value please.

and

and small stakes is a better place to post 100nl hands.

don't really like raising flop at all. what hands are we looking to get value from? a9 basically?

well im certainly not worried about the 5, but his cold-call of my flop raise (too small as it was) made me think i was very likely crushed, and I can't imagine it's correct to stack off with TT here.

i know this is an over-used cliche, but this seemed like a decent spot to "define my hand".

I'd rather bet the turn and fold to a raise.

As played you have to push this turn imo. Button has a flush draw here alot (even though hes playing it poorly). No way he has a full house and if he had an overpair JJ+ he would have raised at some point(preflop/flop).

Edit: on second thought he might have JJ or QQ here but I still dont think so. Prob 77, 66 or AK diamonds

I think you played it fine. I see nothing wrong with your flop raise. nh

Shouldn't we be pricing out flush draws here?

This is more of a protection raise than a value raise, a weak lead into this board is screaming a draw. That is precisely the reason the raise should've been a bit bigger.
