[x] Expert KK Overpair Check/Fold
 

Venetian 5/10nl, 9-Handed

I've been opening a fair number of pots with good highcard hands but whiffing every flop and doing a lot of either check/folding on the flop or checking the flop and looking to steal or whatever on the turn. Most flops are multiway so I'm not cbetting much at all on the flop.

So I finally get a big pair and a good flop and go for the check/raise, except, um, there's some action behind me...

I have like 1200, everyone covers.

Preflop Hero has K [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] K [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] UTG+1
Hero opens for 40, 4 players call (I love live poker).

Flop (200): T [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 7 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 3 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]
Hero checks, Villian#1 Bets 180, Villian#2 calls, Villian#3 folds, Villian#4 shoves for like 3 grand, Hero folds, other villians fold as well.

He showed TT for top set, ship it monies saved.
