His turn bet is weak. I would raise Turn to $8.

As played, call the River. Call, call, fold on River with almost 5:1 seems really weak.

Fold or raise on the flop, what do you want to achieve with the call? Do you think you're in front? Raise then. You think you're behind? Fold, cause you have close to no outs then. This is also not a good spot for floating IMO.
Don't be a calling station...

I think I like a flop raise here. If we get called, we're pretty much much done with the hand. Like Jay said, the line of call/call/fold seems particularly bad.

Re: NL:25 JJ

I don't think the flopcall is that big of a problem if we raise we fold out 99-TT or something like 87... And if we get called we still don't know if it is a flushdraw which is haunting us or a queen or maybe something better. If I had a flushdraw and a hero would raise the flop but check the turn I would think he has something like 99-JJ because most hero's would bet again on the turn. So I could give him a hard time on the river... Definitely raise the turn though, that looks so much like a blocking bet with a draw or middlepair!!!! River is a call as you played it, villain could be messing around with a middlepair (A8), I think by the way that part of the worth of calling is also to check out what he is doing and use that later on to make some money...

there is more to it than this

you can be ahead 65% of the time, but only 25% of the time when the raise is called for example which would make raising bad

being a calling station is good vs overaggro players

Call the river. Also watch the villain in the future. He is making weak bets into you. A lot of times they are draws. Find out what he is doing with this and make a note of it.
