Help with tracking live stats...

So, ive been trying to come up with a good way to keep a tab on my results while playing live. Do any of you have a good format for doing this?
This is what I have so far:
Columns to include: Cash/tourney, limits/stakes, amount bought in(in BBs and cash amount), BBs won/lost per hour, session end result(in BBs and cash), and Results to date (in cash)

I would then just make a new row for each new session and probably add it into excel or minitab to do some statisical analysis. Any suggestions?? PLEASE HELP

I'm using www.checkyourbets.com right now. It is pretty limited in what you track (session stats: time & $), but works well for me. It lets you keep notes for each session too.

i use pokerdominator.com and i have recently purchased stat king (only like 32 bucks or so). i like the web based app because when i'm at the casino i can punch the numbers on using my iphone right away. stat king is a computer based program so you can write down your results and log them there.
