FTP Mulligan Deep

HH didnt transfer for some reason so please bare with me.

About 40 people or so left. I have 55K been very tight. Have been card dead for the past few orbits. Villain is APPLEBUD and has raised my BB from the button a couple times (at least 3x BB bets). Seems pretty solid. He has around 60K.

Hand in question. Please let me know what you think about this line. I know standard may be to repop PF.

Blinds 500-1000..8 handed

All fold to button
Villain raises 3599 from button.
SB folds
Hero smooth calls with AQoff.

FLOP 234r
(pot 9k)
Hero checks
Villain fires 4899.
Hero calls.

Turn K (completing rainbow)
(pot 17K)
Hero leads for 11K..

c/shoving turn way better then bet/folding.

Re: FTP Mulligan Deep

I thought about doing that, but if checks behind on turn, then what do u do? I feel like I would be pretty much done with the hand because he would call me down very light on the river if I lead. Then again its reasonable that im ahead here anyhow.

I would rather c/c than check/shove turn. As his turn betting range should be air/Kx+, as he'll often pot control medium pairs w/ showdown value.

HH should be in c:\ProgramFiles\FullTilt\HandHistory\<username& gt;. This is converter

Flat call is OK, but I would usually reraise preflop.

Flop is an action flop, since any ace has a gutshot, and any pp is an over pair or set. I would probably checkraise the flop.

I am not sure what to do on the turn.

So you would c/c a ~10Kish bet on turn with ace high? Then what?

Do you just shove? Would u ever 3-bet/fold with these stacks?

I'm not saying I would c/c in this specific instance, i'm saying that c/c > c/shove imo. Although, fold might be better than both.

b3b flop sounds like fun if you have the image for it.

If you 3-bet preflop, I course you call a push.
