Anyone know of a sportsbook that's open to US and takes EPass?

epassporte will not fund sports books. they are trying to avoid the same trap that neteller fell into and their owners got prosecuted for. the u.s. dept of justice has an axe to grind with online gambling but their main target is the sports books not the poker only sites. epassporte is trying to stay within those "unofficial" guidelines.

so the short answer is i'm almost positive you won't find one.
