Safe Deposit boxes in Vegas

Can someone explain the procedure for getting a safe deposit box at Bellagio / Venetian / Wynn and associated costs?

Thanks!

Don't even bother, the wait lists are ridiculous at any poker room with them. Basically. just call the poker room an ask to get one. That's the procedure to start with, then it's paperwork and so on.

A waiting list? That's unfortunate, I didn't even know they had a list at places. Good to know though, any idea on what they cost?

at the bellagio there's a long (and by long i mean years) wait for actual poker-room boxes, but i was able to get a box over by the main casino cage. they're typically for hotel guests, but with a poker-room manager's approval they'll give one to a poker player. at least that was the procedure when i opened mine almost a year ago.

at the wynn i simply asked for and received a box in the poker-room itself; this happened only a month ago.

for both, it was a $100 deposit, which they return when you close the box. if you lose the key, it's another $100 to drill.

mike is right, bellagio is impossible (even getting one in the main cage requires visiting daily until one of those opens, took me a month of trying 3-4 days a week.

rest of the casinos are no sweat to get one
