Villain here is 47/8/0.7 which says enough.

We're three handed, I raise TT on the button and they call.

Flop is 984 with two clubs. SB check-raises me, BB folds, I threebet, he thinks and caps.

Turn is 9. He checks.

1) Should I check behind?
2) Should I fold when he check-raises?

So what do you think he has?

It seems to me that he probably has a flush draw, or 84 and now he knows he is screwed. Would he really do this with a 9? Why wouldn't he just bet it?

Whatever you do, don't take a line that involves folding. Your hand is too strong to fold 3 handed, especially with a big pot like this. If that means checking turn and calling any river, then just do it.

A guy with stats like that is probably very uncomfortable 3 handed. He probably has no idea whats going on anymore, and so I don't think you can trust him to be making correct decisions. So that means you can't fold in a pot this big with TT.
