the way the hand played out there is no way you are getting out. the only thing you could do different here is checking flop, but i don't like it because the board is very drawy.

i like your preflop 3-bet, since 21/21 is probably isolating limper w/ a wide range of hands. but once he calls your 3-bet and you flop TPTK and he checks it's an automatic play.

The only hands you have to worry about is QJ or 77.

good call and good play - if he has you beat or draws out, no big deal. he may have a hand like KQ and due to the stack sizes, just decided to push. he could also have a draw. you are getting over 2 to 1, easy call.
