cause the white king can't move anywhere and isn't in check currently

stalemate

the king is not in check, therefore it cannot be checkmate

since it's presumably white's turn to move and white cannot legally move, the game is a draw

Cause white isn't in check.

If you have no moves, but aren't in check, it's a stalemate.
