NL200 KK deep vs unknown

Only ~20 hands on villain, he seemed TAG. This is the first reraised pot we played.

Poker Stars - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $1/$2 Blinds - 6 Players - (LegoPoker Hand History Converter)

Hero (SB): $780.30
BB: $397.30
UTG: $200.00
MP: $96.00
CO: $730.25
BTN: $30.30

Preflop: Hero is dealt K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (6 Players)
2 folds, CO raises to $8.00, BTN folds, Hero raises to $36.00, BB folds, CO calls $28.00

Flop: ($74) 2[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 5[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 Players)
Hero bets $60.00, CO calls $60.00

Turn: ($194) A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 Players)
Hero checks, CO checks

River: ($194) 8[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 Players)
Hero bets $68.00, CO raises to $202.00, Hero...?

Should I just fold this because I had no history with villain whatsoever, even though my weak bet may have induced a bluff?

You should not have bet the river. It is unlikely that you will get called by a worse hand and betting so small may be interpreted as weakness and raised as a bluff. As played I fold to river raise

I don't like river bet either, I might c/c up to a half pot or so bet on the river.

dont like river bet sizing.

I agree the bet size sucks. I was trying to get some value from JJ/QQ obv.

On another note, I was not really sure what to do on the turn.... I just autochecked when the A hit but now I'm thinking b/f might be a better line since I'm probably ahead a lot but I would hate continuing with the hand if he bet. So what turn line do you prefer?

I think its unlikely that the A really helped him. Would he call with a hand like AK on the flop? So maybe bet turn indeed.

I like a river blocker, just make it a little bigger.

his line virtually makes no logical sence, so maybe he played it VERY well, its definatly not clear of what he is trying to represent. i think a turn bet was in order. this is a horrible spot. the first thing that came to mind was total air for a turn check and weak river bet.

Re: NL200 KK deep vs unknown

the only hand you really beat here is if he had a busted flush draw like KQs or QJs or he could be on a complete bluff if he thought you were the one who missed the flush. but most likely i would fold here becuase you are up against a big hand the majority of the times.

i think you should either c/c the river or as you said earlier, lead the turn again. c/c the river is good against opponents who are more passive and may bluff on river with a missed draw. betting turn is better against very aggressive and perceptive opponents who may see that when you check the turn you have shown weakness and bet turn and river as bluff. it also matters what your image is at the table. if you are seen as a straightforward player, then checking the turn will most likely give out the impression that you are weak, which is not what you want to do. if you are perceived as a trappy player, however, then checking the turn is fine, because it could represent you just hit a set with your aces.

I like b(110$)/f here on the turn. Not sure what the plan would be on river though hmmmmmm
