He just came on the table no reads at all! would anybody get out here in any situation? i thought he wanna bluff because of his low bits ... showed AA!

Call him or raise sth substantial. DON'T MINRAISE. I'd make the flop to 3.5 and go from there.

It is probably a bluff or something that beats you. I would fold pf, but after the flop I would call down. No reason to raise to make him stop bluffing. Once he called your first minraise that should tell you something. And yeah, small bets post flop with AA from the pfr is super standard for some villains. I have stopped interpreting them as weakness.
