Villain is 28/19/1.2 over a smalls ample. Has 4 buyins so i figure hes willing to be generous. Line suggestions for value?

Flop line is good. As played C/R turn all in, your opponent likes his hand and is calling.

I like this alot - there are only two real ways to extract value out of quads IMO - try to slowplay, or overbet the (insert censored word here) out of the pot to make your opponent suspicious.

If you call here, you're most likely not getting any more money out of him.

call turn (~$19) (don't tank too much)
lead out river weakish (few bucks), hope he smells a blocker/pathetic bluff and raises and get it AI.

or..

call turn and c/raise river (he seems agro enough)

(min)raise on turn might scare him of unless he has a good 2nd best hand and isn't necesary I think to get it in on the river.

Just read the other replies, mine might suck, I don't know...

We have the deck crippled here except if he has like 22. If opp. has 33-TT he has to fear a higher pair or a 9 when we raise the turn. By just calling the turn we might extract something from those hands on the river instead of blasting him out with a bomb. If he slowplayed QQ-AA pre or has 22, we will double up anyway. So why can't you extract anything more on the river if you just call the turn that you would extract by raising the turn? Maybe OP's own image plays a role here to?

In general, I think most players will pay off quads because it's such a rare occurrence. I would shove the turn because you're getting called by 22 and AA-QQ. I simply don't have the thought process (nor should I) that someone just flopped quads especially If I just flopped a boat. I'm willing to bet villain went to showdown with 22 or AA in this hand.

I don't like the small lead on the flop.. Keep your leads within a reasonable size of the pot, and make sure they at least somewhat resemble the size of your c-bets. If he tries the "yay, paired board, I can raise!" line, then call his raise (as you did) and when he leads the turn he's much more committed.

I wouldn't 3-bet shove the flop, otherwise you don't give pairs/overs a chance to "catch up". Open shoving the turn is fine.

TBH, the only real mistake you can make with quads is not putting money in.
