Help finding a company...

I am a computer programmer, and about a year ago i read a few articles on a company developing broadband over power lines. This technology is atleast 10x faster then cable/dsl and literally would give every power outlet internet access. I finally have some money saved up to start investing and i was hoping to invest in this company but now i can't find the article anywhere. I know they setup a test region somewhere in the SW area of the US. If anyone can help i would really appreciate it.
