- low costs of living and real estate
- good location regarding weather and world peace wise

- good connection to the rest of the world via airplane
- good healthcare
- American / European satellite TV available
- English / Spanish / German as widely common languages

* unless you bring it to Costa Rica.
* US taxes may apply to you
- low costs of living and real estate
* real estate is up, but low cost living/food/services
- good location regarding weather and world peace wise
