Got to push here.

If you push, you can assume you have no fold equity. Therefore, pot odds wise, it is the same as you pushing. Hence, you need 33% equity against his range to shove.

22,Ac9c,KcQc,KcJc,QcJc,Jc9c,T9s,9c8c,8c7c,T9o

gives you 33.87% equity against his range, and IMO they are the hands in his range that you fair worse against. I think his range is actually a lot bigger here.

If we add in the fact that he maybe very occasionally on a bluff, I believe it safely becomes a call.

The call would have been fine as you have position and are now HU.
The raise is an option but villan dependant and prob $10 less than you made it. Your equity against his reraising range would allow you to fold after villan comes over the top.

hm set? i dont belive that he hit a set or smthing really strong, if he hit he would check then reise on the flop he will earn more money with such play.
