i kinda assumed he was going to take a stand on this hand which is why i called, in most other situations i fold this easily, am i being too results oriented here or should i e folding this?

A couple 3bets over an hour doesn't really constitute running over IMO. He's prob multi tabling and hardly notices (he's got a healthy stack here too).

Anyways, I think you run into TT+/diamond overs a lot here.
