KK early in a $4/180, am i committed?

This is only the 2nd orbit so I had no reads on this player.

Well an ugly river card falls and the Villain wakes up. Am I committed, or does he have some fold equity?

Also, any other line thought would be appreciated.

Thanks

Must call, played as you did. i would have put it in on the turn. To many draws out there. People in a 4$/180 like drawing. Make them pay.

bet more on flop...people will pay or even push with the draw or any Q...goal is to get it in by the turn and if you bet the flop you will have less to work in on the turn

i think the flop bet is fine as it is pot-sized - still i agree that we want to commit him to the pot on the turn - though i don't think it is necessary to get all his chips in on the turn.

the river is terrible of course, as i completes the possible flush and makes some 2pair holdings likely.

personally i don't see many holdings that you can beat that a reasonable with the betting so far. but as you get pot odds of 4:1 i think you have to call.

In These types of donkaments, you hit pot button preflop and it turns out to be 120...this is obviously nothing to the stacks...i like to make a retarded raise to like 200+ with these pocket pairs...u may only get the blinds+limpers...but you will get called by a decent hand most of the time 88+,A10s+,AQo,AKo....

Cliff Note: Raise PF more
