Edit: Maybe I am misunderstanding your statement. Do you mean UB AND AP transfers coming out today? Or UB TOO AP transfers?

well.. since i play at ftp / ap / ub .. and am always trying to move my bankroll around to play the tourneys i like. i think this is an improvement. ALso it might increase number of entrants overall at the sites if its easier.
