Need more information:

What game are you playing? Tournament or Cash game? What kind of stack sizes as related to the blinds do you have? How many players at the table? What has the action been before you.

So your plan in to buy in for the min, wait until you have a pocket pair, and then shove.

No not pocket pair...basically top ten hands. It's a valid method that is not "cheap" or "crazy."

Top 10 is usuall
77+
AK
or AQ

I would not reraise all in with 77-99 or AQ using this method but open shoving them isnt aweful.

you had better make sure you table select well b/c even the dimmest players will catch onto this quickly

No, it's not.

It's a method that requires no skill at all, will not produce consistent winning results (is -EV in the long run), and will annoy all of your tablemates to boot. It would also be boring as hell.

Why do you want to do this?
