To anyone that uses this book, does it really cost 40 dollars to make a withdraw? Someone told me that you can one free withdrawal per month. I hav about 80 in there that i never used for a long time.

do i have to make a credit card deposit first befoer i withdraw? They gave me like 40 dollars and i ran it up to 80. So i have to deposit first and then be able to withdraw?

I'd really suggest trying their livechat or their 24x7 800 number. You're going to get a much more immediate answer and a more authoritative one.
