Blood Diamond: Why not just swallow them?
 

No spoiler or anything, but if I found diamonds, or a diamond worth a ton of money and had to sneak it somewhere, why not swallow it?

Or wrap it in some sort of plastic sealed thing so it doesn't cut up your insides, then wait.

Anyone know why you wouldn't just swallow a super high valuable diamond?

Sadly this is exactly what I was going to post. I don't trust my body to make it go the entire way without hurting. A diamond would be one of the few things in life I'd be will to let enter my exit only tube.
