NL10 - AKs - tricky spot

Villain was 23.81/4.76/0.86 over just 20hands

This was a really tough lay down. I put villain on exactly the same hand as me (AK), so at best, we were chopping, and he only needed to have one heart to have me beat. Horrible board

Comments on all streets plz.

Re: NL10 - AKs - tricky spot

I think you played it fine. Villain isn't likely to slow down on river, so a call imo OOP isn't great, but it's not terrible. You're drawing dead most of the time. I like to ask myself on the turn when facing a raise OOP what I'm likely to do on the river. If you're just gonna check/fold on the river...don't call it's a waste of money.

If that heart doesn't come out on the river, would you have check/called?

If you want villain to not play tricks at you should act more strongly on the turn. Bet more on the flop, pot the turn, if he doesn't has the flush, he won't raise, now he may have think that his KhQc or AK is indeed the nuts in this spot. As played I would probably fold the turn, because a bluff on the river is even for 10NL villains a no brainer if you check to them (with or without the heart that will come).
