If villain is checkraising every 2 pair on the turn, I think this play is surprisingly standard, assuming you're folding the river UI. How late position and what is a normal villain's opening range there? are the only two questions I think you need to answer.

This reminds me of a hand I recently played:

Loose-passivish but not retarded player raises UTG+2, MP 3-bets, I flat cap black KK in the SB, BB folds, PFR calls 2, call.

flop: T96red

I bet, call, call.

Turn: 7 some other red making it two and two.
I bet, raise from the PFR, MP folds and I think for a bit, breathe, and fold.

So, once you get this action straight, I'd be interested in looking at the hand.

Seems pretty standard.

The biggest concern you have is that the BB is on clubs, thereby crippling some of your outs. He also could have JT.

Including the river action kind of ruins the hand, since it seems he in fact did not have a big draw.

Since your policy is not to fold, I thought a little about 3-betting turn, to possibly clear up outs. It doesn't seem totally ridiculous to me but I've often been accused of postflop spew. I can't imagine that anything like that would fold however.
