PSO Rakeback question
 

Alright so I'm gonna get rakeback on UB through pokersourceonline, and a friend of mine wants me to refer him. If I didn't refer him would I get the same amount of money as if I did refer him?

Also, if a previous account was made on the same computer then would they know and cancel the new account? What about a new computer on the same IP address?
