Tight fold? Made set on flop but flush hits river

My stats on villain at the time was screwy, when I time banked it and saw his PF AF, it was 0.42 but my HUD stats told me 2.25 so that confused me at the time. But he's a 52/37/2.25 after only 48 hands.

When they call like this, I feel like they are on a draw, it wasn't an instant call but had a good rythym. On chat he told me had A7 while I time banked down. There is also a possible straight on the board obv.

These are really tough spots where I 50/50 call/fold.
